MUSE is a non-custodial interface to a program on Solana. The interface prepares transactions; your wallet shows them and you sign them. MUSE never holds your keys or your funds and does not promise that a transaction will be profitable, timely or reversible.
Programs, tokens, RPC providers, wallets and third-party data can fail. Token prices can go to zero, liquidity can be thin, transaction ordering changes outcomes, and unaudited code carries extra risk. The MUSE program is upgradeable by its upgrade authority.
Data in the interface can be delayed or unavailable. Read the wallet prompt and verify addresses before signing.

Publish only content you have the right to use. Do not impersonate anyone, misrepresent an affiliation, upload unlawful material, or use a profile or a launch to deceive people. MUSE may hide off-chain metadata or remove a launch from its pages for safety or abuse reasons; the on-chain records remain.
Solana transactions are irreversible. Network fees, the creation fee, the curve fee, the fees set by a launch's rules and price impact apply as shown before you sign. The confirmed transaction is the record of what happened; interface estimates are not receipts.
MUSE may change, pause or remove interface features to protect users, comply with law, respond to an incident or improve the product. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted access or support for any token or wallet.
